If, for any reason, a product you purchase from us doesn't match the description or sample provided, you are entitled to a refund.

Alternatively, If, for any reason, the goods purchased are defective or do not do what they are supposed to or what we said they would, we are pleased to offer options for exchange, store credit, or repair, depending on your preference. Please note that services fee such as delivery and call-out fees are not eligible for credit.

To ensure eligibility for our refund policy, kindly return the goods within a reasonable timeframe and provide proof of purchase from SA Electrical and Gas Centre.
